Food Nutritional Analysis Conducted In A Certified Lab, In Order To Produce A Nutrition Facts Label For Your Food Product
This service is sometimes needed if your food product couldn’t be analyzed through our database software and lab analysis is required.
Turnaround is up to 25 business days from the time that our lab receives your samples.
Sometimes Food Nutritional Analysis is needed to produce your nutrition facts labels. Occasionally, some clients would prefer not to disclose their proprietary recipe. How foods are processed can also require lab testing. For example, brined, marinated, fried, fermented or brewed products often need lab testing. If your recipes cannot be analyzed through our database software, then you would send a sample to our lab for analysis.
Your results report shows the nutrient values required by the FDA for Nutrition Facts Labels. These include: Calcium, Calories from Fat, Total Calories, Total Carbohydrates, Cholesterol, Trans-fat, Saturated Fat, Total Fat, Dietary Fiber, Iron, Protein, Sodium, Sugars, Vitamin D, Potassium. (Ash and Moisture results are also included.) We use the information from your report to produce your FDA compliant Nutrition Facts Label.
Are you not sure if you will need lab analysis? Call us! During your initial conversation, our experts will advise you whether your food product will need testing to produce your nutrition labels.
