Meet Our Team: The Dedicated People Behind Our Success
You may notice we have alot of ladies working for us 🙂 When we started the company back in 2005, we had limited resources and could not afford to hire full-time professionals. Instead, we turned to college-educated stay-at-home moms who sought flexible work arrangements that allowed them to care for their children. These women contributed invaluable skills and efforts, working early mornings, late evenings and weekends to help us grow our business. Remote work wasn’t very popular then, but our team members appreciated the flexibility that it offered. Today, many of these women, now with grown children, have transitioned into full-time roles at RL Food Testing, continuing to be essential parts of our company’s journey. We feel truly fortunate to have them as part of our family and have a soft spot for working moms everywhere – they are a major part of our success story.

Bridget holds a BBA from Davenport University, with a focus on marketing and has over 20 years of professional sales experience. She has a passion for marketing and a natural talent for identifying trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
Bridget has over 15 years of experience in FDA and USDA Nutrition Labeling Guidelines and Esha Genesis R&D™ software for Food Labeling. Her dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients has earned her a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy partner in business.

Roger is the senior chemist at RL Food Testing Laboratory, one of the premiere food testing lab resources in the US. He graduated from UCLA with background in Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry
Alison Haugen
Customer Success Manager
Originally from Elgin, IL, Alison earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa before relocating to Phoenix. As our Customer Success Manager, her professional background encompasses sales, management, and customer service. She emphasizes the importance of high-quality customer service, understanding individual customer needs, and providing clear information on available options. Her skill set also includes building and maintaining robust business partnerships. Outside the office, Alison is a mother of three, enjoys yoga, supports sports teams including the Hawkeyes, Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks, reads frequently, and travels, often to beach destinations.

Customer Success Manager
Bronte received her Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge in Food Science. She creates FDA & Health Canada-Compliant Nutrition Facts Labels and restaurant menu nutrition reports. Bronte has extensive knowledge using ESHA Genesis and is a specialist in regulatory issues. Bronte is also certified to conduct HACCP Audits for food manufacturers and is FDA Product Code Certified.

Emily is our food label expert and works to ensure compliance with new FDA guidelines.
Emily is a Registered Dietitian and graduate of Brigham Young University.
MURIEL ALLEN
FDA Nutrition Label Technician
Muriel creates FDA-compliant nutrition labels for our clients and contributes her know-how to the informational content on our website and in our newsletter. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Food Science from Brigham Young University.
