Marybeth holds a Bachelor of Science from Grand Rapids College and has been overseeing RL Food Testing operations for the last fifteen years.

Bronte received her Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge in Food Science. She creates FDA & Health Canada-Compliant Nutrition Facts Labels and restaurant menu nutrition reports. Bronte has extensive knowledge using ESHA Genesis and is a specialist in regulatory.
Nutrition Labeling Specialist
Muriel creates FDA-compliant nutrition labels for our clients and contributes her know-how to the informational content on our website and in our newsletter. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Food Science from Brigham Young University.
EMILY FONNESBECK, RD, CD, CLT
Emily is our food label expert and works to ensure compliance with new FDA guidelines.
Emily is a Registered Dietitian and graduate of Brigham Young University.
Stephen, a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and minor in Chemistry, is currently working on his Master of Science in Microbiology and Pathobiology..
JULIE RICHARDS, MS, RDN, LD
Nutrition Label Technician
Julie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who works to create FDA-compliant nutrition labels for our clients. She received her Bachelor of Science from Miami University with a dual major in Dietetics and Kinesiology. Julie completed her Master of Science in Allied Medicine and her dietetic internship at The Ohio State University.
Nutrition Label Technician & Nutrition Label and Lab Sales Consultant
Harman received her Master of Science in
Nutrition Sciences from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from New Mexico State University as well.
She has completed a yearlong dietetic internship in both clinical and community settings. She has also gained over 1200 hours of experience in assessing and counseling patients on nutrition and healthy eating habits. Her goal is to help others on their unique food journeys and to ensure everyone is informed about their food choices.
