Our food labels – Nurtrition Fact Panels, Allergen Statements, Ingredient Statements, Nutritional Analysis Reports and Laboratory Reports are all based on information and samples provided by you. We request detailed ingredient descriptions for items that are unique to your recipe and provide a template to guide in the process. We make every effort to complete your order, however, if the information we receive from you is incomplete, incorrect or missing information, we are not responsible for the results.
