Roger is the senior chemist at RL Food Testing Laboratory. He graduated from UCLA with background in Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry and spent his entire career working in the pharmaceutical and food industry.
With over 25 years of experience as a chemist, he is well suited to assist clients with food testing and analysis, nutrition fact panel development, advice and service on USDA applications and UPC bar code development on food products suitable for pet and human consumption.

Director of Marketing and Regulatory Issues
Sharon manages all aspects of the RL Food Testing Laboratory website, public relations and advertising activity as well as ensuring RLFT is up to date on the various USDA and FDA regulations surrounding food labeling across the country. She also oversees client interface with graphics artists as they need help.
Sharon has an extensive background in consumer marketing having worked in senior marketing roles at various Fortune 500 firms. She graduated with her BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and MBA from Pepperdine University.
