We know that retailers’ deadlines can be as immediate as ‘yesterday.’ We can remember a time when we had only two weeks to prepare for a line review. You need it fast, so we have a 24 hour turn around for most non-laboratory services – with no added fees.
If you have submitted all information requested in our recipe template and your payment has been received; then we can email your nutrition facts panel, allergen statement or UPC code to you within 24 hours – with NO ADDED FEES.
A lot of our customers are running their business as a side job and we know that nights and weekends are the only time you can take care of your company needs. For that reason, we are here for you 7 days a week should you need to contact us.

Not only does our management team have experience in the food business, but our laboratory team has two microbiological chemists on staff with over 30 combined years of experience in biochemistry, microbiology, food science and food R&D; and each member of our marketing team brings a wealth of knowledge with over 60 combined years of experience.

As former food company owners, we fully understand the importance of keeping your information confidential. Your privacy is the utmost importance to us. We have a strict privacy policy in place and provide a non-disclosure statement to each of our clients. Your recipe will NEVER be shared or stored by anyone on our staff. All recipes are destroyed once the work is complete.
